...provides an overall evaluation of your 401K Plan. 401k PRISM evaluates each Mutual Fund in your investment offering and compares the various criteria with other Funds in the same peer class, and gives you a percentage of your funds that are outperforming the criteria (generally their peer group). Note: Place mouse over each blue box to see full descriptions. The 401k PRISM Report Card then compares your Plan's results with other 401k Plans and assigns a Final Grade. The Final Grade is a comparison of your 401k Plan overall to other 401k Plans overall. There is a correlation between the final grade and overall plan investment performance. Clearly, the higher the grade, the greater the returns for employees. It will also be a good indicator whether a 401k PRISM Analysis Report is appropriate or necessary.
