PRISM PROTOCOL

After assimilating all the data, PRISM applies each fund in the Plan Sponsor lineup to the data and provides a ranking, by Style Classification, in each of 8 different criteria.

The Fund ranking within the Style Classification is measured against a Criteria Requirement to determine if the fund has met the criteria.

There are 2 additional Criteria which are not "ranked" but simply Data points, with requirements to meet the criteria.

If the Fund meets at least 6 of the 10 criteria, the Fund will be "Qualified" to be maintained in the plan and it meets Due Diligence Requirements.
